One of the little blessings of COVID is that everyone has a little more time and is a little more connected with video chat technology, so when Lydia's volleyball team made it to the state semi-finals and then championship, we all connected and watched and cheered her on from across the country. The finals were against a team that had won 7 of the last 10 including 5 in a row, so Alpharetta was the underdog, but Lydia's team ended up winning! It was so exciting!!!
