For his anniversary gift to Dani, Jared planned a nice weekend in downtown Cincinnati.
We started with dinner at Sotto. We've had a gift card to Boca for a couple years, and Jared thought that is what he was using, but it just means we get a bonus fancy meal in the future! Our meal was super delicious!
Afterwards, we walked over to Music Hall and we watched the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra perform. After starting with a piece called "This Midnight Hour," they played the cello concerto in E Minor by Elgar. The highlight was the performance of Brahms Symphony No. 1. As beautiful as the music through speakers, listening to it live was incredible! The music was resonant, the setting historic and beautiful. And being there with Dani was amazing.
We took a couple pictures outside in Washington Park. We spent the night downtown and just enjoyed being with one another.
